You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You agree to use the services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
3. Intellectual Property
All core software, designs, algorithms, and documentation developed by KroneLabs are the exclusive intellectual property of KroneLabs, unless otherwise specified in an explicit service agreement or contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
KroneLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our services.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your agreement with KroneLabs, without regard to conflict of law principles.
